What we do?

As a litigation advisory firm, we help funding in commercial and tax disputes brought by businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and shareholders, whether individually or seeking funding for class actions, at all stages of the litigation or arbitration process. The capital so funded is used by companies and law firms to cover the legal fees and disbursements associated with pursuing a claim or to support business operations.
In return for our litigation and arbitration advisory on funding – we charge a fixed or a percentage basis fee and also we share in any recovery obtained through settlement or ultimate adjudication of the case.

Rajeev Talwar

Rajeev Talwar aged 50 years , C.A , M.B.A, C.P.A , Comes with a overall experience in the Financial Domain of 24 years up his sleeve. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India and Australia and a Masters in Finance from Symbiosis University Pune , holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from University of Delhi.

He has held a number of leadership roles across various companies , also acts as a CFO on part time basis for companies on assignment basis. Has held mentor position in various companies who have made their mark in their various fields of specialisation.

Rajiv Kapahi, FCA

A Chartered Accountant by qualification and a seasoned business leader plus a start-up evangelist with over 3 decades of rich cross-functional and cross-industry experience in India & Overseas, across industries.

Advisory Board Member & Mentor – JPIN Venture Catalyst Ltd. UK (Building the largest UK-India Investments & Growth Corridor for Startups). Active Angel Investor, mentor and a cross functional multi-Industry Leader.

3 decades of years of rich cross-functional and cross-industry experience in Consulting (E&Y), Office Automation (Ricoh), FMCG (Gillette), Manufacturing (Owens), Healthcare (Max), IT/ITES (Dell), Life Insurance (DLF Pramerica / Prudential, USA) & Medical Devices (Boston Scientific) sectors.

In the past served as an elected Governing Council member of NATHEALTH (an Apex body of Indian Healthcare) from 2017 till 2020 and currently the Executive Committee member of the “CFO Board”, a distinctive body of senior respected CFO’s of India.

Asmita Kumar

Graduate in Law from Maharishi Dayanand University with 11 years of experience up her sleeves specialising in commercial litigation and advisory. Extensively involved in consumer protection (DRT, NCLT, NCDRC, HC & SC), financial frauds (PMLA, EOW, CBI). Independently handled financial, legal and corporate due diligence assignments for Corporates and PSU’s. A eminent panellist to various nationalised and private sector banks, ARC’s.

Sanjeev Ahuja (Advisor )

Sanjeev, aged 50 years is a hard-core strategist at his heart, endorsed further by his exposure & experience spanning more than 25 years across industries including Consulting, Infrastructure, FMCG, Automobiles and Textiles.

As a Resolution Professional he is active in the space of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Advisory. He is the Founding Director of an IPE – Ensemble Resolution Professionals. He is also an active Arbitrator & Mediator

Earlier, after graduating from SRCC, he acquired his degrees to be a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and finally an Advocate, enrolled with Bar Council, Delhi.

He has been associated with organizations including Suzuki Maruti, Apollo Tyres, Ernst & Young, Booz Allen, Arvind Mills, DS Group to name a few. He has a good mix of Global / Multi Cultural exposure. An Enabler and a Catalyst. He is on panel of many prestigious ADR Institutions in India
